No Punishment for Aguero..

Today FA has confirmed that Aguero will face no action from FA following his “horror” tackle against David Luiz during FA Cup semi-final match.

As we can see from the video on the top, Aguero jump and give David Luiz the two-footed tackle on his buttock. According to the rules said, "players who use excessive force to make two footed tackle should be sent off", but what happened was so different. Chris Foy, the referee who's in charge on this match only given a free kick to Chelsea and did nothing to Sergio Aguero. The match still have 8 minutes left and anything can happen if Manchester City down to 10 mens. FA will take no action for this incident because of their bizarre rules. The rules states that: "Where one of the officials has seen a coming together of players, no retrospective action should be taken, regardless of whether he or she witnessed the full or particular nature of the challenge."

The Dortmund’s adventure to semifinal is with controversy. You can check the 3^rd goal starts with an offside position from 4 players of Dortmund. Why UEFA “choose” Dortmund than Malaga? Because Dortmund is a champion of 1997 and champion of Germany last season. More beautiful story than Malaga, right?

Real Madrid is the best example. Two controversial moment, remember case of Nani in 16^th round and remember the case of Benzema in 8^th round? Nani got a red card and Benzema got nothing. Same case, same story, different actor, and different result.
